the peeing people

To combat the lack of awareness around bladder cancer’s number one symptom, blood in urine, we created an unconventional OOH campaign inspired by the rebellious world of street art.
The Peeing People, a series of stencil graffiti styled after the most famous street artist, were spray painted and pasted in cities across the world in places where nature calls. Each of the Peeing People made a mark by showing off bladder cancer’s #1 sign, with QR codes leading the public to a landing page full of bladder cancer facts. This was a bold campaign that broke the norms to stop people in the tracks and paint a picture of silent symptoms.
